Ashley Eberlein was born in Park City, Utah, then later ventured to less religious lands, and she rarely ventures without at least one of her cameras.  Passionate about using real-women-models, she presents a concept and collaborates with the models to play with it, throw it around, kiss it, try to steal it, explode it and then submits it to you asking, “What will you do with it? How does it affect you? Had you ever thought that thought before?”  Her photographic goals are  Documentation & Presentation.  She is currently founder & CEO of Bay Area based An Eye For It, Productions and Memory Movies.

Clarity Haynes works with soft drawing media on paper to create large-scale, archetypal portraits of women. She is concerned with psychological and emotional states and the tensions within them: rage and tenderness, confrontation and concealment, empathy and autonomy. She is fascinated by the history of portraiture in painting and by the ways in which changing conventions reflect ideas about gender. Ms. Haynes portraits playfully refer to the past but explore contemporary reality, seeking to subvert traditional expectations and to convey a sense of freedom and fluidity of identity. Clarity Haynes was born in McAllen, Texas and currently lives and works in Brooklyn, NY.

Cole is an artist working in mixed media creating sculptures that reflect sensuality laced with an exterior of being rough around the edges. She is interested in giving people an opportunity to touch and experience what becomes from working with her hands. Cole’s work has been featured in national group and solo exhibitions. She is currently in the dual degree program at the San Francisco Art Institute pursuing her MFA and her MA in History and Theory of Contemporary Art.

Donna Marchesano was born in Brooklyn, NY, where the art muse struck her early in life. In 1969, at the age of 13, she was accepted to the  High School of Art and Design on Manhattans’ East Side. At her disposal were off campus classes at the Society of Illustrators and her first gallery showing at the age of 14.  In 1973, at the suggestion of her commercial art teacher, she accepted a position at a Madison Avenue agency.  In 1982, while attending the New School for Social Research, she learned that her brother Paul, living in San Francisco at that time, was diagnosed and dying of AIDS. While assisting him during the last three months of his life, he once again encouraged her to look beyond her boundaries and move to San Francisco. In 1985, inspired by his words she arrived and fell in love with the city.  In 2007 she threw herself into her art and into what has always been her natural calling.

Madison Young is an international award-winning porn star, director, gallerist, and published author. She has been directing BDSM and erotic films since 2005 and has won great acclaim for her video line, Madison Young Productions. Madison Young Productions has been awarded the 2008 Feminist Porn Award and  at the 2009 Feminist Porn Awards was awarded Indie Porn Pioneer of the Year and Best Kink Film for her 2008 release Perversions of Lesbian Lust.  In 2009 she was also awarded Best BDSM Movie by AEBN for Perversions of Lesbian Lust and nominated for Best BDSM Release by AVN.  Her videos have been gaining attention from the erotic film festival circuit in Berlin, Paris, NYC and Greece.  She has had the honor of being shown at Cinekink Film Festival in NYC for the past 3 years in a row.  She is one of the mainstay directors at the AVN nominated,Good Releasing, Good Vibrations production company and has directed 12 sex positive erotic film releases for the company in the past 7 months. Young, who has been called a “sex positive Tasmanian devil” values sexual education in her work and has taught workshops, lectures, and acted as a panelist on the topics of sexuality, feminism and pornography, and kink across the country including at Yale University, Berkeley University, Good Vibrations, Smitten Kitten, Tool Shed, Kinky Kollege, and Austin Rope Symposium.  She has recently finished her book of memoirs, “Breathe: The Sexual Evolution of Madison Young” based on her experiences in the adult industry which is due out in spring of 2011. Young’s other written works can be found in “Baby Remember My Name” edited by Michelle Tea, “Rope Bondage and Power Exchange” edited by Lee Harrington , “In-Soumises” edited by Wendy Delorme , and “Off Set” edited and photography by Paul & Pauline.  Young has been featured in numerous documentaries including Virginie Despentes Mutantes: Feminisme PornoPunk and has been featured for the Independent Film Channel, HERE TV, LOGO, MTV, and on HBO ’s Real Sex. When she isn’t documenting hot sex on film she is running her own non profit community art gallery in San Francisco, Femina Potens Art Gallery, which focuses on the expression of Art, Sex and Gender.

Jacqueline Lounsbury – Jacqueline’s most recent performance project was with Marina Abramovic during her 3 month retrospective at the Museum of Modern Art. Jacqueline’s use of the body as a medium has been a voice throughout her life as she constantly explores new ways of listening, being heard, and being understood in this world.  Before, during, and after earning her BS in Sexual Health she trained extensively in many forms of dance including release, contemporary, ballet, aerial, and contact improvisation.  Jacqueline’s fascination with movement and the body’s potential (and limitations) drew her into pursuing a career as a Pilates Instructor.
